・ Manage and control Raw Material Planning for MP (Material Planning) Div.
・ Manage and control Factory supply & Tool compliment items for WC (Watch Case) Div.
・ Manage and monitor 4M Raw material & RoHs Compliance activity
・ Stock Control of MP Raw material issue to Production
・ Prepare and control Stock report for Metal Parts Raw Material & Watch
・ Person In-Charge of Metal Parts Raw Material & Watch Case Factory Supply/ Tool Conplement, Div. Stock Check Activity
・ Manage Overall MP Raw material stock
・ Liaise with related party regarding MP Raw Material Quality issue
・ Window person for Japan Vendor
・ Main PIC Budget & Forecast

Others
・ Part of ISO9001 committee
・ Participate in CSR activities
・ Translate document (Japanese ~ English)
・ Perform any other projects or ad-hoc activities
・ Create & review own MBO

**Responsibilities**:
(1) Manage and control Raw Material Planning for MP (Material Planning) Div.
・ Check current stock condition every month & generate planning.
・ Generate outstanding order and follow up with vendor
・ Process purchase order and delivery order to vendor
・ Reporting of Raw Material conditIon & planning to Manager
・ Make receiving at PQRIS and SAP for every new incoming
・ Create the Account Payable data for any payment to vendor
・ Making Goods Receive Note for every incoming and payment
・ Update every fiscal year forecast
・ Monthly revise for any material price changes
・ Update Metal Parts Raw Material (MPRM) cost table every 1st & 2nd half of fiscal year

(2) Manage and control Factory supply & Tool compliment items for WC (Watch Case) Div.
・ Check current stock condition every month & generate planning.
・ Generate outstanding order and follow up with vendor
・ Process purchase order and delivery order to vendor
・ Do revision for any goods price change.

(3) Manage and monitor 4M Raw material & RoHs Compliance activity
・ Attend meeting with related Technical, PP&C & SEC for progress of RoHS Compliance changes
・ Manage of stock condition and changing schedule of 4M change.
・ Manage RoHS compliance data sharing EPJ & SEC
・ Manage and control of new raw material purchase.
・ Request for the quotation for every new material need to use.
・ Control of registration of new raw material

(4) Stock Control of MP Raw material issue to Production
・ Control of issue raw material by MPRM based on monthly planning (MP Div.)
・ Key-in issuing of raw material in SAP.
・ Perform monthly raw material issue gap analysis (MP Div.)

(5) Prepare and control Stock report for Metal Parts Raw Material & Watch
・ Prepare and checking Vendor Manage Inventory (VMI) report to related vendor
・ Process charge invoice for VMI related vendor.
・ Prepare and checking cost variance report for VMI and EPJ Asset Value (EAV) receive
・ Prepare and checking receiving & issue report
・ Prepare and checking stock report for stock summary & detail
・ Prepare and checking stock report for EAV summary and production
・ Prepare summary report for MPRM & WC Factory Supply / Tool and Complement (FS/TC) category

(6) Person In-Charge of Metal Parts Raw Material & Watch Case Factory Supply/ Tool Conplement, Div. Stock Check Activity
・ Checking and confirm of MPRM & WCFS/TC stock balance based on actual and system
・ Prepare stock report A, B & C for stock check activity
・ Reporting of Stock check result

(7) Manage Overall MP Raw material stock
・ Monitor Overall stock based on planning usage
・ Identify devaluated stock and propose to Technical to utilize dead stock material
・ Propose to dispose if no more planning usage
・ Manage stock disposal activity

(8) Liaise with related party regarding MP Raw Material Quality issue
・ Genba (check on site) if there is any quality issue happened
・ Prepare and checking of stock check condition
・ Checking if there is any alternate raw material that can be used
・ Request delivery in-advance from vendor if necessary

(9) Window person for Japan Vendor
・ Liaise with General Procurement / Logistics if have any request related to Japan vendor
・ Join as supporter / translator during meeting with Japanese

(10) Main PIC Budget & Forecast
・ Prepare Budget for every new Fiscal Year.
・ Update PCM Actual data purchase based on Profit & Loss given by BMD
・ Liaise with shop head/executive/managers to buy new item (request quotation)
・ Update new budget based on estimate/quotation
・ Remind shop head/executive/managers every month budget allocation to issue PR
・ Present to GM cost variance between actual and budget, put a comment
・ Upload updated data in E-BF & FIPS system

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
