- OneHUB is responsible for creation of a framework to implement centralized and integrated business operations centers on three continents, delivering the most efficient processes to our customers. Our aim is to have the First OPS Hub "live" with operational readiness reached for pilot markets, designed as a scalable blueprint for Global Operations Hubs. With the Hub, we will reduce operational costs while ensuring a standardised luxury customer experience. It will also help us to be one step ahead of our competitors and to balance phases of high and low demand, and therefore improving overall competitiveness and efficiency. - Your tasks will be:
- Evaluate, design, execute/implement, measure, monitor and control business processes. Analyze the existing processes, identify gaps in processes with respect to industry best practices & conduct detailed root cause analysis by using different process improvement tools like Six Sigma, Lean or other methodologies
- Drive and deliver continuous process and efficiency improvements
- Establish & conduct process improvement initiatives across markets that are in scope for the HUB, impacting results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals
- Engage employees to inspire and empower them to provide input into process change. Also encourage employees to embrace the new process once it is implemented
- Monitor success of all process improvement initiatives by working with various stakeholders to ensure process quality improves continuously
- Build Lean Six Sigma culture by conducting lean / six sigma training, mentoring and certifying lean and Green Belt projects
- Conduct operational risks assessment of critical processes and propose required operational controls
- Implement effective Visual Management on the floor
- Drive Quality audits across the OneHUB processes
- Review of audit and assess results to identify trends and issues. Perform root-cause analysis, recommend corrective actions to prevent non-conformance related to system & process and track effectiveness of control measures
- Document and review key processes and associated controls as per organization’s guideline on a regular basis in the process management tool
- Apprise management on process improvement initiatives and conversion of same into Six Sigma or Kaizen projects through continuous communication channels. Provide assistance for critical decision making related to process/system gaps
- To ensure optimized processes and systems are available to support efficient and effective daily operations
- Support and drive digitization and innovation within the functions in conjunction with HQ standards
- Manage business relationships with key stakeholders in the markets, HQ and the Hub
- Ensure development of team through regular training on quality concepts
- Ensure all processes are fully complied with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines
- Ensure support for external audits and develop internal audit mechanism to manage business risk
- Ensure support & coordination for Operational Transformation (OneOPS & OneCCC)

**Qualifikationen**:

- What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting or Finance. Certified in Six Sigma Black/Green Belt from a reputed institute
- Proven experience and understanding of financial products, services, quality Management and operational processes
- Extensive knowledge of CMS, CRM and process mapping tools like BIC or related systems
- 7 to 10 years direct experience in quality management and leadership role
- Knowledge of local regulations within Asia Pacific markets
- Languages: Oral & Written English, Proficiency in Asian languages preferred
