Account Assistant

**Job responsibilities**:
- Prepare daily sales invoices
- Maintain & update receivables and payables aging in AutoCount Accounting System
- Month end perform bank reconciliation
- Enter daily purchase invoices into AutoCount Accounting System
- Prepare payment vouchers
- Prepare monthly Company management accounts
- Monthly stock take & prepare stock list
- Ad hoc accounting/finance jobs as and when
**Qualification**:
- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Accounting or LCCI or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office & Accounting Software (AutoCount) will be added advantage.
- Good personality, attitude and communication skill.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday-Thursday (8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.)
- Friday (8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.)
**Address**:
No. 4 & 6, Jalan Utarid U5/15, Seksyen U5, Panasuria, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
