Administrative Assistant for a Language Centre

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of our new language centre. This multi-faceted position involves a blend of administrative, HR, and marketing responsibilities. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and contributing to the centre’s growth and success.

Administrative Duties:

- Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Assist with student enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.

HR Duties:

- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.

Marketing Duties:

- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to promote the language centre.
- Manage the centre’s social media accounts and website updates.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM13.00 - RM15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 45 per week
