Responsible for processing invoices and issuing payment. Maintain and process transactions of company's business operations. Ensure accuracy and efficiency of the accounting records. Will need to handle the company admin and HR task and activities.
- **Role and Responsibilities-**Complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoice.
- Maintain and process transaction by data entry of bookeeping and finalize the monthly accounts
- Prepare for monthly/quarterly management report
- Prepare for consolidated FS
- Prepare for pre-audited financial statement. Help provide the information required by the statutory audit
- Complete annual filing and taxation filing
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Documents filing
- Intercompany biling and transactions
- Provide accounting /financial information whwn required
- Assist CFO in the Financial Management improvement e.g.Financial Procedure andProcess
- Any ad hock tasks and projects as and when required
- **Qualification and Education Requirements-** Diploma in Accounting/Finance or ACCA graduate.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, general accounting procedures
- Proficient in data entry and management
- 2 + years of experience in accounting
- **Preferred Skills-** Withexperience 2-4 years
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Cross-functional teamwork skills and good communication skills
- **Additional Notes**:

- Self-starter, pro-active and able to work independently without much supervision
- Attention to detail, professional attitude, reliable

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
