Human Resources Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the full recruitment cycle for the group.
- Assist with recruitment drives.
- Prepare the on-boarding of new hires to ensure they are properly inducted and manage employees’ exit process.
- Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.
- Prepare employees’ daily attendance and leave records.
- Prepare employees’ engagement and recreation activities.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
- Provide administration supports to the Human Resource Department including generating several HR reports etc. or to the Company as and when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this position; open for fresh graduates with HR internship experience
- A resourceful and have basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Independent team player with ability to multi-task.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
