**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for general administrative work and documentation filing.
- Work closely with planner and supervisor on updating the daily schedule.
- Timely prepare production related labels, stickers and work instruction according to daily production schedule.
- Accurately updating daily work result according to daily production report.
- Ensure all incoming documents being recorded and compile accordingly for easy traceability.
- Organizing and storing physical and digital documents according to lot number.
- Responsible for data entry in the ERP system.
- Assist in issuing purchase requisition form and purchase order for all production direct purchases i.e., machinery parts, tools and etc.
- Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the immediate Superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum with a SPM qualification.
- Computer literate.
- Able to write and communicate in English and Malay language, conversant in other language or dialect is an added advantage.
- Self-starter, good organization skills, committed to work and open mindset.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
