Sales Coordinator

**Job Descriptions**:
- Contact customers to arrange appointments and ensure Sales team has high-quality, up-to-date supporting materials.
- Answer customer queries, inform them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and etc.
- Key in orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Develop and maintain the filing system, sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Make the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
- To perform any ad hoc Sales related assignment by Superior
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Advance/ Higher Graduation in Business Management or relevant field.
- Hands on experience with using CRM software and MS Office.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
