Job Descriptions
Timely management of online user inquiries
Handle issues on different topics in accordance with Standard operating Procedures (SOP)
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
Keep records of all conversations in our ops center databases
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative
Expand reseller business
Job Requirements
Min. Sec school education
Welcome no exp too, fresh grad welcome
Preferably at least 1-year experience in a customer support experience
Able to communicate/ Write in mandarin (Because of business clients and live chat requirement of mandarin)
Near to MRT

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
