**You will play an important role to**:

- Train & guide subordinates towards efficient performance.
- Lead and ensure an accurate and timely month/year end closing for AR section.
- Control & monitor timely collection from banks, departmental store & corporate clients.
- Control & monitor AR aging and ensure no overdue outstanding debts.
- Control & monitor cash/gift voucher.
- Reconciliation of eCommerce sales report against collection on timely manner.
- Review and ensure monthly cash & credit card clearing account prepared by subordinate complete on timely manner.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and review monthly Bank Reconciliation prepared by subordinate.
- Prepare invoice for inter-co billing or 3rd party.
- Prepare monthly business statistic report.
- Prepare monthly sales reconciliation and yearly sales audit report by store.
- Take on ad-hoc task as and when required.
**We are looking for talents with below experience and characteristics to join us**:

- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or relevant with minimum 3 years’ experience in AR, preferably in retail / shared service environment
- A team player who is a fast learner, independent, and highly adaptable to fast changing environments
- Good computer skills in MS Excel and Office 365
- Experience in using M3 is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
