Job description Account & Admin Executive
1. Admin & Finance
- Book-keeping & accounts.
- Bank reconciliation and filling of bank statements.
- Maintain payment records (soft and hard copy).
- Maintain supplier records, supplier communication files (soft and hard copy) & invoices, PO, DO, etc.
- Preparing payments for suppliers, receiving payments, and basic banking activities.
- Maintain, file, and reconcile our credit card slips with settlement slips and merchant statements.
2. Human Resource
- Maintain HR records and update employee files.
- Issuing statutory payments.
- Payroll.
- Staff recruitment.
3. Operations
- Basic administrative and clerical work.
- Filling of supplier documents and payment details.
- To overlook purchasing of supplies for the Company.
- To ensure smooth operations of the Company.
- To understand the roles of a Course Coordinator and to assist them when needed.
- To assist the Managing Director in company-related activities when needed.

- Should be able to multi-task and work well independently and as well as in a team.
On the job training:
- About the Institute and course details.
- Institute’s website and social media details.
- Lead generation, lead management, and protocol in replying to inquiries.
- Student and Client registration, activation process, and student affair details.
- Other administrative and operational details.
Your KPI:
- To ensure all supplier data are updated regularly and all supplies and stocks are duly available. All files and documents are stored accordingly and updated regularly.
- To send monthly sales report.
Contract length: 6 months
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangsar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
