**Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day admin support.
- Provide all secretarial and administrative function for the department & sales department while maintaining confidentiality all the time (sales & stock records)
- Handling billing related job tasks (invoice, credit note, debit note, payment voucher, journal voucher, purchase order)
- Maintaining proper accounting records and filing in hardcopy & softcopy.
- Assists in audit & tax related matters.
- Handle any other ad hoc assignments as required by management.
- To do stock checking at warehouse & maintaining stock records.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Dedicated and able to handle multiple tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Good command of spoken & written in English & Bahasa
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to use Autocount is a great advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
