Admin & Customer Service Executive

Join our team as an Admin & Customer Service Executive and be the welcoming face at our reception
Location : The EST, Bangsar
Salary : RM1,800 - RM2,200
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Greet guests with friendly and courteous greetings.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Respond to guest enquiries and ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist guests in car park procedures.
- Handle other administrative duties as required by the Manager.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Availability to work 6 days per week (rest day on a weekday).
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Working hours on shift : 8am to 4pm or 2pm to 10pm.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- No experience necessary as training will be provided. Previous reception, hotel-related or customer service experience would be an added advantage.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia (conversant in more than two languages will have an added advantage).
- Fresh SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply. No work experience required.
