Administrative
- Interview Members for membership eligibility.
- Follow up with lapsed memberships.
- Provide a positive environment in which members are encouraged to be actively engage within the communities.
- Maintain an accurate and up-date Membership database.
- Liaise with Marketing team for WBC marketing materials (e.g. Posters of events, merchandise and etc.)
- Assist to design, plan and execute membership materials and membership kits.
- Key in the expense reports, scheduling of activities and sessions.
2. Events and Activities Support (Online and Offline)
- Assist to support online and offline events and activities for all the club members on a weekly basis.
- Assist in creating and delivering events and gatherings for members to build and grow communities and fan base.
- Compile the event evaluation feedback.
- Assist to prepare after event support and propose area of improvement.

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
