We are looking for **Administration &** **Customer Service Executive **located at **The Establishment, Bangsar** and this role will be responsible to communicate with visitors or guests or customers at the reception.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the reception/information counter is in good presentable order at all times.
- Process all visitors, guests and customers accordingly
- Provide visitors, guests and customers with directions and information.
- Answer, record, and process all calls, requests, questions, or concerns; follow up to ensure each has been met to satisfaction.
- Notify Security of any reports of any incident.
- Welcome and acknowledge visitors, guests and customers according to company standards.
- Anticipate and address customers service needs.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Provide administrative support in other activities where required.
- File paperwork or documentation.
- Carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- No experience necessary as training will be provided. Previous reception, hotel-related or customer service experience would be an added advantage.
- Pleasant disposition with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia (conversant in more than two languages will have an added advantage).
- Willing to work in 2 shift cycles (morning (8am to 4pm) or afternoon (12pm to 8pm), no night shift), over some weekends on rotation and on some public holidays on rotation.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
