Assistant Executive, Credit Management

As a Credit Management Assistant Executive, you will be responsible in performing credit assessment tasks which is part of the credit management function to manage the overall risk exposure of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform financial analysis to determine the credit worthiness of the applicants to facilitate decision making.
- Ensure that the credit limit approval process is compliant with the company’s credit policy.
- Monitor and follow up on customer collaterals.
- Ensure housekeeping is done for customer credit files or documents.
- Closely follow up with sales team on the credit approval process.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to the respective teams.
- Maintain good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Closely collaborate with the Finance team on related and interdependent processes.
- Consistently drive automation, standardisation, and simplification in work processes to enhance productivity and improve cost savings.
- Be actively involved in the enhancement of the Credit Approval System.
- Participate in Visual Management sessions.
- Carry out any other credit management duties assigned by the manager.

**Job Requirement**
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant working experience.
- Possess effective communication skills.
- Good analytical, critical thinking, and decision making skills.
- Target driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work and the ability to embrace change.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure a high level of service is maintained to external and internal customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
