Are you an experienced culinary leader with a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences? Eden Catering Sdn Bhd is searching for a talented Executive Chef to spearhead our culinary operations and delight our clients with innovative and delectable dishes.

**Position Available**:

- **Executive Chef**: Lead our culinary team in crafting exquisite menus and executing flawless events for our clients. As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of food production, menu development, and kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative and seasonal menus tailored to our clients' preferences and dietary requirements.
- Lead and mentor our culinary team, providing guidance, training, and inspiration to achieve culinary excellence.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food costing, and sanitation practices, to maintain efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and event planning teams to execute flawless events and exceed our clients' expectations.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and industry best practices to continuously elevate our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume catering or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve culinary excellence.
- Creative flair and passion for culinary innovation, with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Culinary degree or certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
