Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error; determining levels of confidence.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarising data; making recommendations.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform internal auditing as per organisation’s QMS/EMS.
- Participate in Supplier evaluation and qualification to ensure final product quality in compliance with Quality Requirements.
- Manage and monitor the suppliers’ quality and internal performance as well as customer quality performance.
- Report supplier, internal and customer quality performance for management review.
- Responsible for investigation, analysing and action plans on quality issues from customers and suppliers.
- Lead internal MRB meetings for disposition.
- Responsible for FA submission.
- Work with cross functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- ITE/Diploma/Degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Engineering Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of international standards systems (ISO 9001, ISO14001, AS9100).
- Able to work as a team as well as independently.
- Analytical Skills.
- Critical thinking (Problems solving).
- Attention to details (Attentive on issues).
- Numerical skills (Statistic).
- Communications skills.
- Technical Understanding (GD&T).
- Understanding and interpretation of CMM measurement report.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
