**Job Requirements**:
1. Under 45 years old, regardless of gender, in good health, and free from infectious diseases;
2. College degree or above, major in human resources management or management is preferred;
3. Have a comprehensive understanding of factory personnel, administrative management and other work and have more than 2 years of practical work experience;
4. Have good writing organization, language expression and comprehension skills, be able to communicate well internally and externally, and maintain a good working relationship with them;
5. Understand the relevant labor regulations in Malaysia, be able to independently formulate standardized documents and systems, and be familiar with ISO documents;
6. Familiar with Malay, Chinese and English;

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the companys daily personnel management and administrative work, and provide appropriate human resources and logistics guarantees to various departments;
2. Human resources management:
A. Assist the assistant general manager to regularly update the organizational structure of each department and adjust staffing;
B. Based on the manpower needs of each department, formulate corresponding recruitment plans, establish recruitment channels and recruitment cost budgets, organize implementation, and assist the employing department in selecting talents;
C. Develop new employee induction training courseware and process flow training in accordance with Malaysian law;
D. Implement HR system and employee attendance, training, performance, salary and other related work;
E. Responsible for the construction of the company's corporate culture and the maintenance of employee relations, understand the true thoughts of employees, timely grasp the ideological trends of employees, and promote the harmonious development of the company and employees. Such as: preparation of employee handbook, organization of disputes and work-related injuries, various activities, corporate culture construction, etc.;
3. Administrative management:
A. Responsible for formulating, updating and improving the company's rules and regulations;
B. Responsible for handling emergencies within the company;
C. Assist in receiving customers and be familiar with the factory inspection process and the preparation of factory inspection documents;
D. Responsible for the purchase and distribution of company administrative items;
E. Responsible for the coordination, organization and management of administrative work. Such as network, ERP, mail, various damage repairs, safety accidents, fixed assets, canteens, dormitories, security (internal and external security), cleaning, reconciliation, customer factory inspections, etc.;
H. Various external relations work, such as: contact with property management, fire protection, environmental protection, local government, etc.;
