Job Description: Hotel Executive

Position Overview:
As a Hotel Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. Your primary goal is to enhance guest satisfaction, maximize revenue, and maintain high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Guest Services**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and leading staff in providing personalized and attentive service to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other relevant departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage the budget, ensuring financial goals are met.

**Staff Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff to ensure a high level of competency and professionalism.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and networking to attract new business and retain existing clients.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and enforce quality assurance standards to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Financial Management**:

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue, control costs, and improve overall financial performance.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

**Technology Integration**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to implement efficient systems and tools.
- Integrate technology solutions for reservations, check-ins, and other guest services.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel management with a track record of successful leadership.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: RM1,471.10 - RM2,500.00 per month
