**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Design and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop workforce plans to support business growth.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, including performance evaluations, career development, and training opportunities.
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and payroll processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, particularly in remote work and virtual team collaboration.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and concerns from employees in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in HR management roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Must be expert in Malaysian employment laws and regulations, particularly as they relate to remote work and virtual teams.
- Must have experience working in start ups and grow with the company.
- Experience working in the gaming industry or a similar fast-paced, creative environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving positive change and implementing HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Location and Work Environment**:
This position is based in Selangor, Malaysia. The company offers a flexible work environment with opportunities for remote work, in line with our commitment to supporting virtual teams and remote collaboration.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
