Job Description:

- Position Summary
- The HR Manager will lead the Human Resources department, overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the company’s strategy and objectives.
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business.
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Training and Development: Oversee training and development programs.
- Performance Management: Design and administer a fair performance review process.
- Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive and equitable compensation and manage benefits.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employment relations and manage staff welfare.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- HR Policies: Develop, revise, and advise on HR policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead the HR team to meet the department's goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- At least 7 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the food and beverage or retail sector is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of Malaysian employment legislation.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Korean language skills are a bonus.
