**What is your mission?**

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will manages full sales cycle in one Global Leader Account about ePayment Gateway Solution, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CTO, COO, and CFO of SME businesses from Europe, Middle-East, Africa
- Understand the buyer journey and can lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.
- Get used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge.
- Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads or outbound lists
- Serving at first point of contact with many new and growing businesses interested in our ePayment Gateway Solution.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SME businesses
- For non-sales leads, or specific inbound sales leads, route the lead to the most appropriate queue based on the rules while maintaining a premier user experience

**Who are we looking for?**
- Basic: RM4000 - maximum RM4400, Incentive: RM1200
- Willing to work on the assigned shift: Latest will be 11:00pm until 8:30am, Earliest 9pm until 6:30am
- From 1 year of experience in Sales (Full sales cycle)
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Excellent communication in Global English
- Result Driven, Dealing with ambiguity, command Skills, Integrity and trust.
- Excellent organizational and client-service skills
