Analysts will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality, and timely delivery of data that powers our products. The Analysts will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture.

Required Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness
- Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients
- Support new projects to create and maintain the content
- Work effectively within teams or by yourself, and be proactive to identify and resolve problems
- Liaise with Data Operations, Customers, and third-party suppliers
- Research new and review existing sources to ensure that quality, timeliness, and automation
- Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the process
- Use appropriate language skills to understand and source financial information
- Use language skills to build relationships with overseas market contacts
- Document policies, procedures, and work processes
- Adhere to current data policies and procedures
- Backup other analysts in the team during their absence

Required Skills (Must Have)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Reading skills related to languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or Vietnamese
- Understanding of Financial Markets and Statements
- Microsoft Office Skills - Outlook, Word, Excel

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
