**About the role**:
In this role will learn how to generate engaging content for social media platforms and assisting in promotional planning. With a focus on content creation, social media management, and collaborative campaign execution. This role plays a vital role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and relevant content for Facebook (FB) and Xiao Hong Shu to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Edit videos to create a captivating and visually appealing content for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities for outlets.
- Brainstorm ideas for seasonal promotions, events, and campaigns to drive leads and sales.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to implement promotional initiatives effectively.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Use Canva or similar tools to design graphics, banners, and other visual assets for social media posts and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize Facebook ads to reach target audiences and drive traffic to the outlets.
- Monitor ad performance, analyse metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing using phone and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).

- **Influencing**: Have an effectively communicate, persuade, and collaborate with others to achieve marketing objectives and drive success for the brand.
- **Selling Capability**: Possesses the selling capability in marketing to enhance the effectiveness and impact in driving marketing efforts and contributing to the success of the organization.
