檢查數位、交易入帳和檔案,確保正確輸入、數字準確且代碼無誤。按照政策和程序,整理、獲取和存放所有檔案、記錄、現金和現金等價物。記錄、儲存、查看和/或分析電腦化財務資訊。為財務會計資料保留準確的試算表。使用日記帳、分類帳和/或電腦,對數位和財務資料進行分類、編碼和匯總,以編制和保存財務記錄。編制、維護和分發統計、財務、會計、審計或工資報表及表格。按照規定完成期末結算程序和報告。根據公司程序,準備、審核、核對和出具帳單、發票和結單。
遵守公司的所有政策和程序;確保制服和個人儀表整潔而專業;維護專有資訊的機密性;保護公司資產;保護客人和同事的隱私與安全。以專業、積極和及時的方式,滿足客人的服務需求。使用清晰專業的語言與他人交談;準確完整地編寫和審核文檔;採用適當的禮儀接聽電話和回覆電子郵件。在沒有他人協助的情況下,移動、舉起、攜帶、推動、拉動和放置重量不超過 10 磅的物體。與他人建立和保持積極的工作關係;支援團隊達成共同目標;傾聽並適當回應其他員工的問題。履行主管要求的其他合理的工作職責。
