Logistic Clerk

Responsibilities:
- In-charge of daily shipment coordination including the incoming and outgoing.
Ensure all daily schedule are proper planned.
- Monthly/Weekly report preparation and update.
Liaise with Purchase/Sales/Raw Material Sorting/Store/Production to ensure
the smoothly arrangement of the logistic
- Mainly doing export booking and operation with documentation part
Prepare document (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading,
insurance and etc.) and liaise with forwarding agent
Job requirement:
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Proficiency in using computer.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Active person, able to carry out task requiring walking around
or call
