**Introduction**:The Well Team Solutions, a leading agency dedicated to empowering individuals and families, is seeking a qualified Household Assistant on behalf of our esteemed client. Our client, a young and vibrant family with active toddlers and a newborn on the way, is transitioning to a larger home and requires an organized and proactive individual to help manage their household effectively.

**Position Overview**:As a Household Assistant hired through The Well Team Solutions, you will have the unique opportunity to support a dynamic family in maintaining their home's cleanliness, organization, and functionality. Your role will also involve assisting during family and social events, ensuring a seamless experience. This position offers the potential for long-term employment and the possibility of a live-in arrangement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Indoor Responsibilities:_
- Perform thorough home cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning.
- Manage the laundry process, from sorting and washing to ironing and folding.
- Maintain the kitchen by handling dishwashing, cleaning countertops and appliances, and organizing pantry and fridge.
- Provide childcare support, including preparing lunches and outfits for preschool and light meal prep for toddlers.
- Assist with meal preparation for adults, including weekly menu planning.
- Outdoor Responsibilities:_
- Ensure the backyard is well-maintained and ready for family and social events.
- Clean outdoor areas such as porches, patios, and outdoor furniture.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and address potential hazards.
- Administrative Duties:_
- Keep track of household bills and ensure timely payments.
- Assist in coordinating family and social events.
- Handle various errands, including grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and dry cleaning drop-off and pickup.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Working With Children Check
- Police Clearance Check
- Commitment to confidentiality (must sign an NDA).
- Desirable but not essential qualifications: Formal cooking certification, ability to speak and teach another language, First Aid certificate, ability to swim.
- Date available for an interview.
- Relevant experience.
- Working With Children Check Number.
- Police check.

**Note**: This role will evolve as our client transitions to a larger home, offering more responsibilities and potential for full-time employment.

**Au Pair Eligibility Requirements in Australia**:
**Age**:Applicants must be aged between 18 and 30 years.

**Financial Capability**: Prospective Au Pairs should demonstrate sufficient savings (approximately 5000 AUD) to cover their living expenses during their stay in Australia. They must also have the financial means to cover the costs of their travel to and from Australia.

**Character Requirements**: Depending on individual circumstances, applicants may be required to provide police clearance certificates from countries where they have resided for 12 months or longer within the past 10 years.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
