**Job Summary**

Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. Handle customers’ inquiries independently, completely, and accurately to the satisfaction of the customers. Work closely with other departments to strengthen the company’s reputation.

**Job Roles & Responsibility**

1. Attend to sales inquiries through communication tools with B2B customers.

2. Proactively develop new B2B customers and expand the customer base through phone calls, and face-to-face sales activities.

3. Prepare quotations, sales invoices, follow-up, sales reports, and other ad-hoc work related to sales.

4. Build sustainable relationships of trust with B2B customers through interactive communications.

5. Responsible to attend B2B customers in handling complaints, and providing solutions and alternatives.

6. Resolving and updating all customer feedback/products in the outlet to the operation team & management following up to ensure resolutions.

7. Work together with other operational staff to ensure customers receive efficient and courteous service.

8. Assist in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.

**Job Requirements**:
3. At least 1 - 2 years of sales experience.

4. Positive Mindset.

5. High energy and strong passion for the retail industry.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.

7. Must be cooperative and able to work in a team environment.

8. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
