**Key Responsibilities**:
**Durian & Pineapple Plantation Management**: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of durian and pineapple cultivation to oversee all aspects of orchard management, including planting, maintenance, pest control and harvest.

**People Management**: Efficiently manage and monitor a team of workers, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and aligned with company objectives.

Continuous Improvement: Maintain a strong focus on self-improvement and stay updated with the latest durian & pineapple plantation practices, management techniques and technologies to enhance orchard productivity.

**Collaboration and Learning**: Foster a culture of idea sharing, open communication and receptiveness to feedback. Collaborate with colleagues and management to drive innovation and efficiency.

Company-Centric Approach: Keep the best interests of the company in mind when making decisions, planning strategies and implementing improvements in plantation management.

**Equipment Care**: Thorough knowledge of farm equipment and materials and ability to manage the use of materials and equipment efficiently and economically.

Record and Report: Keep detailed records regarding workers' schedules, plantation operations, durian tree and pineapple conditions and report findings regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture or a related field.
- Required at least 2 years of working experience and proven experience in durian and pineapple plantation management
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Continuous learner with a commitment to ongoing self-improvement. Accept feedback and criticism.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in Malay & English language.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive.
