As a

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively create a relevant search for all client jobs.
- Work closely with search team members to achieve the best possible client search outcomes.
- Practice a client obsessed service approach to search, relevance and internal stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards as well as all local statutory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Information Management, Arts, Journalism or related disciplines.
- Experience in broadcast monitoring, broadcast or press media outlets, internet search companies, librarian or teaching/education.
- Knowledge of Boolean search logic and big data analysis with sound computer literacy skills. Proven knowledge of local, national and international news and current affairs.
- **Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills in one or all of the following languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Tamil.**:
