**JOB SUMMARY**:
To be responsible for the billing administrative job of the company.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To be responsible for the preparation of project billing sheet on a monthly basis (Revenue vs Costing);
- To be responsible for the daily data collection for billing purposes;
- To liaises with all vendors (mainly transporters and drivers) for vendors Invoices, Delivery Notes, POD, Driver Schedules and other documentation;
- To attend customers complaints about any billing dispute and take corrective action immediately;
- To maintain proper documentation filing;
- To be responsible for daily POD collection;
- To ensure on-time and accurate billing, take initiative to report immediately for any unresolved billing issues;
- Any other task as assigned from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess at least SPM or higher education level;
- 1 -2 years’ experience in Billing role is preferable;
- Having experience working in Logistics / Warehouse / Transportation will be an added advantage;
- Having strong time conscious and to meet tight deadline;
- Well-organized, excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy;
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Working location: Seksyen 22, Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
