**About the Job**
We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist with a focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) to join our HR team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and providing guidance and support in employee relations matters. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and labour laws, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitate selection decisions, and conduct reference checks.
- Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Liaise with agencies on hiring and settling documents needed for hiring foreign talents.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including staff relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Other HR related ad-hoc tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Be able to work **Monday - Friday **(8am - 5pm) **AND **also on **Saturday **(8am - 12pm)
- Graduated high school with SPM results (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in HR field as a Generalist with TA skills (Having ER experience is a plus point)
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes as well as employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banting: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Recruitment: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (required)
