HR Admin Executive

[RN] Our client is a MNC with multi businesses in Msia, looking for a 6 months temp staff to support.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including call screening, scheduling interviews reference check.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and detail oriented.
**Job Type**: Temporary
**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
