**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with B2B partners.
- Responsible for identifying and approaching potential business partners (B2B).
- Responsible for enhancing B2B sales and branding.
- Planning, organizing, and executing B2B partnerships between companies.
- Responsible for managing B2B projects, including planning, organizing, and reporting on sales, projected sales, marketing milestones, etc. on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Responsible for expanding marketing and growth within each B2B partnership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential B2B partners to ensure long-term business success.
- Identify and approach potential business partners to expand the company's B2B network and increase sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's B2B sales and branding efforts, including identifying new opportunities and markets.
- Plan, organize, and execute B2B partnerships and projects, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide regular reports on the current state of B2B relationships, including sales projections, marketing milestones, and other relevant metrics.
- Continuously expand the marketing and growth efforts within each B2B partnership, ensuring that both parties are benefiting from the relationship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that B2B partnerships are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Prepare all the necessary documentation for B2B transactions, including invoices, delivery orders, price tags, and labels.
- Reminder the payment terms & net.
- Arranging and scheduling business meetings for board directors and other business meetings
- Cultivating relationships with key spokespeople
- Observing and reviewing documentation in terms of conditions and laws
- Conducting market research in China to identify potential product opportunities and trends
- Analyzing consumer behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns in China
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers and manufacturers in China
- Developing product specifications and requirements based on market research and company objectives
- Collaborating with design and engineering teams to create prototypes and samples
- Conducting product testing and quality assurance in China
- Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and manufacturers in China
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards in China
- Managing product development timelines, budgets, and resources
- Developing and managing event plans, budgets, and timelines
- Researching and selecting venues, vendors, and suppliers
- Negotiating contracts and agreements
- Coordinating logistics, such as transportation, catering, and equipment rental
- Managing event staff and volunteers
- Developing and implementing marketing and promotion plans
- Providing excellent customer service to attendees and exhibitors
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Conducting post-event evaluations and reports.
- Understand the requirements: Familiarize yourself with the specific requirements and procedures of each agency. KDN Malaysia is responsible for internal affairs, while JAKIM is responsible for the development of Islam in Malaysia.
- Prepare necessary documents: Depending on the product, you may need to prepare various documents such as product formulation, ingredients list, halal certificate, and other relevant certifications.
- Respond to requests: Both agencies may have additional requirements or requests during the approval process. Be sure to respond promptly and accurately to any requests for information or documentation.
- Obtain approval: Once approved, obtain the necessary certifications and documentation from both agencies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors of Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information and sensitive issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible and adaptable attitude.
