Business Development Executive

Role Purpose
- To assist company, develop new sales channels and top potential markets, acquire new customers and sell company products or services to existing ones for business to expand or diversify its clientele. This include areas of business to business (B2B), business to customer (B2C), Business to Government (B2G) and even nonprofit organization.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to:
)
- Identify new sales channel and potential new markets, products and customer needs.
- Plan creative sales activities with Sales Representative to increase sales, market share and customer loyalty.
- Drafting and reviewing new business proposal or contract and ensure adhere to related law established, rules and regulation.
- Plan and implement marketing activities and create brand awareness
- Arrange business meeting with prospective client
- Attend conference, meeting, roadshow event and new business event to gather latest market information and understand market needs.
- Build trust and longterm relationship with new and existing client or customers
- Build market position by locating, developing and defining business relationship.
- Be customercentric, respond to customer enquiries in a prompt and professional manner, setting and delivering realistic expectations. Ensure customer issue (if any) are looked after, and work towards and appropriate resolution

- Support Sales and Marketing representative on key project
- Enforce all company policies across all business transactions.
- Monitor all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.
- Coordinate project deliveries via close collaboration with both internals and externals parties.
- Work well as part of team in achieving Sales and Gross Profit target by outlets, sales staff brand and product through weekly monitoring.
- Do market research and industry trends, examine risk and potential for business opportunities
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Review company policies and S.O.P for necessary updates to cater new business models and diversification.
Key requirements
- At least 35 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good presentation, communication skill, interpersonal and writing capabilities and good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Preferable with pharmaceutical sales experience, market and product knowledge as well as planning skill
- Goaloriented, positive attitude, versatile, able to work independently with mínimal supervision and able to multitask will be a great advantage.
- Well organize, team player with strong people skill and responsible with aptitude in problem solving
- Good leadership skill and able to motivate and encourage team members.
- Willingness to travel frequently within business area and have a valid Malaysian diving license
- Able to liaise with staff at all level in an effective and efficient manner
- Able to analyze data and sales statistic and translate the result into better solution
Salary:
RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
