Position: Factory HR Manager

Location: Sungai Buloh, Selangor

industry standards. As part of on-going expansion, they are seeking a dedicated Factory HR Manager to join their team and contribute towards its growth and success.

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Workforce Management**:

- Coordinating its recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for blue-collar employees with the appointed vendors.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Create and maintain a staffing plan to ensure adequate workforce levels to meet production demands.

**2. Employee Relations**:

- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and collaboration among employees.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and performance evaluations.

**3. Compliance and Immigration**:

- Stay up-to-date with Malaysia's immigration laws and regulations to ensure the proper documentation and legal status of foreign workers.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Coordinate with legal counsel or immigration consultants as needed.

**4. Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs for blue-collar employees.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall performance.

**5. Health and Safety**:

- Collaborate with the Health and Safety department to ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills.

**6. Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and other relevant HR data.
- Generate reports on key HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.

**7. Performance Management**:

- Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and recognition programs.

**8. Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR function and for the factory.
- Proactively contribute to enhancing overall operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of managing blue-collar workers.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysia's immigration laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of employees.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and manage priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
