Kami sedang mencari pentadbir jualan yang teliti dan boleh menyesuaikan diri untuk menguruskan pesanan pembelian dan invoice kami. Dalam peranan ini,anda akan mengesahkan maklumat pelanggan,mengeluarkan invoice dan melengkapkan laporan jualan bulanan.
Untuk memastikan kejayaan,pentadbir jualan harus mempunyai pengalaman dalam persekitaran jualan dan kemahiran pentadbiran lanjutan. Pentadbir jualan yang cemerlang memahami metrik prestasi jualan dan menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran yang sangat baik untuk memastikan sasaran jualan dipenuhi.
**Sales Admin Responsilities**:
- Menerima dan memproses pesanan pembelian.
- Mengeluarkan invoice transaksi jualan.
- Mengesahkan pesanan,termasuk maklumat peribadi pelanggan dan butiran pembayaran.
- Menyelenggara dan mengemaskini rekod jualan dan pelanggan.
- Menyusun laporan jualan bulanan.
- Mempercepatkan pesanan melalui perhubungan dalaman.
- Mengarahkan maklum balas daripada pelangan kepada jabatan yang berkaitan.
- Mengenalpasti produk baharu untuk ditambahkan pada produk yang ditawarkan.
- Menyokong jabatan jualan dengan tugas pentadbiran lain,jika diminta.
**Sales Admin Requirements**:
- Pengalaman dalam pentadbiran jualan,atau peranan yang serupa.
- Kemahiran interpersonal dan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang luar biasa.
- Pengetahuan lanjutan tentang penyimpan rekod pentadbiran.
- Biasa dengan laporan jualan dan rekod jualan.
- Kemahiran dengan pemprosesan perkataan dan perisian hamparan.
- Kemahiran berkomunikasi bertulis dan lisan yang sangat baik.
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
