Summary: Performs general administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, filing, update system database and good organization of documentation involving business transactions. Good interpersonal skills liaising with customers and interdepartmental.

Duties and responsibilities include:

-  Good communication skill internal and external, correspondence handling incoming and outgoing liaison ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of messages.

 Accurate Data entries in system or data into electronic systems or platforms ensuring correct information.

 Provide assistance in shipment scheduling and meeting customer delivery timeline.

 Possess good interpersonal and professionalism as a point of contact for customers and suppliers.

 Provides information to customers and suppliers verifying understanding on requests, answering questions and offering assistance.

 Provide assistance to Management, interdepartmental support with administrative tasks.

 Prepare report, presentations and other materials as needed.

**Qualifications and required skills**:
 High school Diploma or equivalent, additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

 Proven experience in and administrative role or similar position.

 Strong organizational skills, both verbal and written.

 Attention to details and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

 Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners etc.

 Must be motivated and able to work on own initiative.

 Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

 Dependability - follow and responds to instructions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
