Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of construction work
- Assist in preparing and reviewing construction document
- Document and report deviation from plan or specification
- Maintain accurate record of construction progress
- Coordinate with contractor, subcontractor, supplier and stakeholder
- Assist project team by organizing meeting, preparing agenda and documenting meeting minutes
- Deal with regulatory authorities to obtain permit and approval for construction activities
- Monitor onsite safety and enforce compliance of regulations
Qualification & Skills
- Diploma in civil engineering, construction management and related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of construction field
- Able to work independently and prioritize task in face-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
**This position will be based at Sungai Sugut, Sabah**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
