CLERK OF WORKS/INSPECTION OF WORKS (Mechanical & Electrical)
- To assist Site/Construction Manager in monitoring and controlling sub-contractor’s quality & progress of work.
- To assist Site/Construction Manager in ensuring corrective actions attended to by sub-contractors.
- To assist Site/Construction Manager in the valuation of progress claim with Consultants.
- To verify sub-contractor’s monthly and fortnightly progress report.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): AUTOCAD, MS EXCEL, MS WORDS (MS PROJECT will be an added advantage).
- Must possess own transport
- Travelling to site is a must.
