Human Resource Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- To be responsible in handling Immigration issues including Foreigners permit renewal, FOMEMA, COM, SP, IG
- To assist in process of recruitment i.e. advertising, screening, short listing, interviewing and selection
- To responsible in handling and monitoring employee’s accommodation
- To responsible on all Head of Departments requests for employee’s disciplinary action and emergency cases
- To monitor Security Guard team (Guards’ Profile, Guard Schedule, clocking record, receive report and invoice
- To arrange dispatch officer daily schedule
- To backup admin during her absence and petty cash claim
- To assist in monitoring utilities bill report (Water, Electricity and Communication), follow up PIC on high usage. Finance and Accounting Department will provide summary of utilities bill report monthly
- To assist in monitoring assets rental, prepare payment receipt for monthly rental collection and updating rental agreement
- To assist in monitoring Health Department on any issues relating health (premise/hostel compound & foreign worker)
- To assist in monitoring all governmental issues (Safety and Health, City Council, Public Work Dept, Land Office etc)
- To monitor premise cleanliness & cleaner service performance.
- To assist in monitoring company insurance of assets
- To assist in monitoring premise maintenance & repair, feedback and follow up with Maintenance Department
- To assist in monitoring company Vehicle Record & repair, feedback and follow up with Maintenance Department
- Ad hoc assignment from time to time.
