Accounts & Admin Officer Logistics Industry Based

**Job Description: -**
1. Able to perform daily accounting operation.
2. Responsible for maintaining full spectrum of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
3. Verification on all of invoices with appropriate documents
4. Able to resolve and responding to the inquiries from relevant parties on timely manner.
5. Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow, review collection and payment.
6. Prepare and analyze the monthly accounting report, cash budgeting and costing report.
7. Daily data entry in ABSS accounting system with appropriate
supporting documents with accuracy.
8. Handle HR Management, verification for Payroll Slip.
9. Handle Recruitment Process, manpower planning and expansion, liaise with related government for HR regulation.
10. Maintain proper documents filling systems.
11. Handle corresponded letter or memo as required.
**Job Requirement: -**
2. Preferably at least 3 years of related work experience.
3. Proficient in ABSS Accounting System, ABSS Payroll System, Intermediate Microsoft Office Skill and Sysfreight Billing System.
4. Must be willing to work in Pekan Nenas, Johor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per year
