**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of customers bookings and informing of any vessel or scheduling changes
- Handling of customers feedback
- Providing full technical information pertaining to customers bookings from price range to rates filing
- Prepare HBL and MBL based on SI received
- Providing consistent quality customer service to all customers including adhering to standard operation procedures set
- Telemarketing on all service trade lanes.
- To manage customer’s enquiries, escalations, and complaints daily.
- To coordinate shipment and communicate with customer, agents, and carrier/co-loader
- for shipment status update daily.
- To support product development to ensure company’s value proposition is meeting the requirements of customers.
- To follow and comply with customer service processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the consistency, efficiency, and quality of internal and external customer expectations

**Requirement**:

- Diploma/Degree Transportation /Logistics **(Optional)**:

- Required to have experience in handling import and export for sea freight, airfreight, cross trade, and trucking arrangement.
- Familiar with container operations, customs clearance documentation and processes.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
