- Non-natives should have a customer service experience in Japanese (at least 6months to 1 year of experience) and has an academic background in Japan.

Work Mode: Work From Office (Bangsar South)

Project is expanding in Sutherland, and they do have increase in headcounts by monthly intake with 2 departments of customer service support.The departments are as below:
a) SDS
- Shipping Delivery Services (new launch starting from May 2023)
- The role is almost similar as retail.
- B2B & B2C, to support customers and drivers.

b) Retail
- B2C, to support customers.

**Job Description**:
1.Customer Service Associate to handle general inquiries of customers over phone calls and live chats

2.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

3.Maintains customer records by updating account information
