**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of PC & mobile device troubleshooting
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service with 1 year in a Tech support process is preferred.
- Willing to work on shift (including weekends)
- Willing to work in a hybrid mode (travel to our Kuala Lumpur office whenever is required)
- Only for Local Malaysian

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
