**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges
- Track customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
- Identify and report recurring customer issues to management for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and e-commerce platform guidelines
- Create and maintain customer service documentation and FAQs
- Take on ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team and company objectives
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within e-commerce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM tools
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms (e.g.,Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, Xiaohongshu and etc)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in e-commerce and online retail
- Knowledge of various product categories and market trends within e-commerce
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
