**Position Overview**:
**Location**: Johor Bahru, Taman Molek

**Duration**: 3 months, 6 months

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of interview materials and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including organizing files, drafting correspondence, and compiling reports.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
