As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's operations within a specific country. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and success in the local market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement the company's business strategy for the specific country, aligned with overall corporate objectives.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential threats to guide strategic decision-making.

**2. Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with local regulations, and achievement of performance targets.
- Manage and optimize resources, including budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.

**3. Market Expansion**:

- Explore and pursue opportunities for business expansion, market penetration, and new customer acquisition.
- Develop and implement market entry strategies for new products or services.

4. **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, business partners, clients, and industry associations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and local stakeholders.

**5. Team Leadership**:

- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

**6. Sales and Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive effective promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and sales initiatives in the local market.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

**7. Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and challenges in the local market and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

**8. Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

**9. Reporting**:

- Provide regular reports and updates to the corporate headquarters, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a Country Manager or in a similar capacity.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the local market dynamics, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
- The Country Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving the company's success in a specific market, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and effective leadership.

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
