**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
**About the role**:
**Your responsibilities**:
- **Sales Competency Framework Deployment**: Champion the Global Sales Academy agenda and deploy the Global Sales Competency framework to identify core competencies and skills required across different levels of the sales organization. Ensure this framework supports Reckitt’s strategic objectives and is adaptable to the evolving market landscape.
- **Innovative Training Solutions**: Design and implement innovative training solutions that utilize a blend of traditional and digital learning methods. These should cater to diverse learning preferences and be scalable across geographies.
- **Digital Leadership**: Spearhead digital transformation in sales capability building, incorporating e-learning platforms, mobile learning apps, and virtual reality simulations to enhance engagement and retention.
- **Advanced Analytics Implementation**: Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization tools to assess training effectiveness, identify patterns and insights in sales performance, and tailor development programs to individual and team needs.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Establish strong collaborative relationships with Marketing, HR, IT, and Product Development teams to ensure that sales training programs are fully integrated with company-wide strategies and initiatives.
- **Culture of Coaching**: Develop a culture of continuous improvement and learning through regular coaching sessions, feedback mechanisms, and performance discussions. Encourage sales leaders to become coaching champions within their teams.
- **Global Best Practices**:Regularly benchmark Reckitt’s sales capability programs against global best practices within and outside the FMCG sector. Introduce innovative practices to keep the sales team at the forefront of the industry.
**The experience we're looking for**:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, sales training, or capability development, with a proven track record in an FMCG or related industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital learning technologies and analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Malay.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to translate business objectives into effective sales training strategies.
